Jason did 25 reps of abs and called it a day.

He makes his reps and routine up like no tomorrow. He's the only guy who has worked chest regularly foe 6 years but it still looks like sh!t.

Jason is an advanced beginner, no routine, terrible form, cheating all the way.

Guy was so awkward, and unreal hyped up think most likely on drugs (srs), he basically followed me round whole night saying such things as….

If I was talking to a chick he’d slide up behind me and whisper “repped”
“hey man lets go on the dance floor and do the zyzz pose”

Thought id lost him , was taking slash in toilet, chatting to one my mates about a house im thinking of renting and from inside the cubicle I hear “ I can confirm, I am house”

Na, there was a solid year period where there was one new JG video a week and he started out every video with 225x5-7 reps. Andrew even said in one: "and here goes the standard 225 bench press for 5 to 7 reps."

...Strong Genova historian I'm becoming.

He just loses interest in lifting for periods and goes through the motions. If Andrew tries to motivate him, Jason will just throw in a grunt to try to make it "hard core." Wish Genova would start being interested in lifting again, but it might not happen. He's all about the views and obsessive bodyfat tracking now.

Why is everyone butthurt about Jones being in the video. Adam is a business man, Jonas will record footage and edit it to make it presentable (Just like he does with my life) . That video will be better than what Adam uploads of 1 hr of most awkward crap ever (Cutlar & Ronny). So leave Jonas in there so we can get a decent video to watch.

The saddest workout I ever saw was when he was super depressed in the middle of his new Adam diet plan + burpee madness and he failed after 2 reps of 225.

Jason is pretty quiet and boring at the moment, it's that blasted haloperidol shot. Takes a week or two to wear off and then he'll be back to his usual manic self.
