Hello all!! Curious to see how many of us use myfitnesspal and if anyone is interested in swapping usernames to get a little more support from everyone here by adding each other as friends. I thought it may also be useful to show those whom are hesitant to increase thier calorie consumption to see what some of us eat so they realize it's not such a scary thing. You need to eat to grow and look better after all! So my username on the site is same as here:
Rebeckyt
Cheers!

I am surprised that MFP gave me 1200 calories per day ( inc 30 mins excercise 6 days pw) to lose 5kg when my TDEE is 2171.
Thats pretty low, does anyone agree? I eat that by lunch time!
At the moment macos etc are still a little confusing to me.Cheers,
Mel x

I started out almost 2 years ago tracking on MFP but have since quit logging my food. I pretty much eat the same stuff all the time anyway and I just got tired of doing it. I will start back up again when I start my cut. I do still keep a blog there that I post on regularly though.... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/stephanielynn76

My username is MrsDaKine. My family (husband and 3 of our kids) started working out in June after a 7 year hiatus of all physical activity. Eating healthy has been my enemy. I am legitimately addicted to M&M's. I would eat a 10 lb bag a day if I wasn't so embarrassed for having an addiction. So this app helps expand my menu and keep track of macros.
Definite encouragement needed!

I just started using it, I'd add you all, but I don't want to be held accountable for what I eat
I have a question though, for the girls who have been tracking their food for a long time. If you take a fish oil or a flax oil supplement, do you log that as well? I haven't, mainly because I'm lazy, but I've been thinking about it for the past couple of days.
