Typically,
Morning
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Fruits
L-Carnitine
Fish Oil
L-Glutamine
2 Multivitamins
2 Scoops Gold Standard Whey
Lunch
1 Cup Brown Rice
5oz Chicken
5oz stir fry mix
3oz Shrimp
1 Piece of American Cheese (Melted over it)
Dinner
Baked Potato w/ Skin
2 Small pieces of steak
1 Cup Veggies
L-Carnitine
L-Glutamine
Glucosamine
Fish Oil
Protein Shake.
Stick to that pretty religiously.
Never hungry, never exhausted at the gym
