monday-shoulders/traps
seated db press- 65x10
seated lat raises- 35x8
bb upright rows- 125x12
seated bb press behind head-140x8
bb front raises- 65x12
cable lateral raises- 40x12
arnold press- 45x12
plate front raises- 45x12
db shrugs- 85x8
hammer strength shrugs- 8 plates x 12
i tried to really up the volume in my workout my shoulders were wasted after this
Diet
breakfast- 2 whole eggs/1 cup egg whites/1 whole grain raisin english muffin
snack 1- 10oz egg whites 2 scoops whey
lunch- 10oz baked chicken breast 2 cups green beans
snack2- detour low carb protein bar
dinner- 10oz chicken breast/2 cups green beans/1 slice wheat bread dry
i made a vid of my shrugs lol the angle was terrible i will post anyway but you cant see shiet
doseing protocol has been the same for the most part.. i did drop the evening dose of Ripped Juice because i have been having a little trouble sleeping.. Reps let me know if this is a bad idea..
i weighed myself this morning being 1 week in.. weight 236.7 so im down just under 5lbs in the first week.. i know a lot of that is water weight but still cool..

deadlifts- 345x3
bb bent over rows- 145x12
seated rows- 185x5
wide grip lat pulls- 135x12
straight arm pull downs- 60x12
narrow grip lat pulls(triangle bar)-150x8
good mornings- 165x12
face pulls- 110-12
db rows- 70x8
ok funny story... i decided to try some pull ups.. this is hard for me as i am fatter than i am strong, well i figured id use my hooks to give me a little help.. bad idea on my last rep i forgot i had the hooks on and just dropped i think my arms are an inch longer now..
[center]Diet

lmao so I suppose I should tell u that's not what they mean with the fascia stretching thing - as for the ripped juice dose it is fine as long as u are getting the morning and the pre-lunch dose in , sorry for my absence I am severely depleted n braindead due to prep so I haven't been online as much this week

Thursday-legs
squats-atg always- 265-5
SLDL 165-8
standing calf raises - 270-8
seated calf raises- 90x12
leg ext- 180x12
leg press- 740x5/2
weighted lunges 70 down and back x4
squat weight is still down but after months of neglecting my legs its coming back slowly..
diet
breakfast- supreme pbj bar
snack- 12oz egg whites 2 scoops whey
lunch- 8oz chicken breast 1 cup green beans
snack- 4oz beef jerky
dinner- 10oz chicken 1 cup green beans 1 english muffin
dosing again is the same.. my scale shot craps on me as it read 188lb today.. im pretty sure i didnt loose 50lbs over the last couple days.. so a new one will be bought next week..

no vids on this day.. really felt crappy today and my workout showed.. no gym on sat/sun will be back on monday hitting the shoulders
diet
im lazy right now and my diet is the same as it is every day lol
