So I worked out using the versa grips on shrugs today. I cant believe how simple it is to use. I kept spinning my wrist to tighten since i was so used to the regular straps. Also, I kept slapping myself in the face with the pad every time I wipe my face. So far, I love it. Every comfy.

Got some great news. My son's first travel baseball game starts next Wednesday. Got word last night that he will be the starting 3rd baseman, batting third! and will be the closing pitcher!!!!!!! When my son and I got the news, we hugged and pretty sure we both cried but we both denied it.

did some Dumbell work...laying of the Barbell...
i really dont like doing dumbells..

hammer strenght incline warmups - 3 sets x 15-20 reps
incline db - 1 warmup 3 working sets; last set 120lb x 8 reps
Low incline flyes 3 sets
Decline hammer STrenght presses 3 sets 12-15
high cable crossovers 2 sets
low cable crossovers 2 sets

seated calf raises 4 sets
standing calf raises 4 sets

More of a deload day, felt like it anyway, arms tonight yee. on that hyde/jekyll

40 mins fasted cardio in the am.


going to start a new routine after this week. hope to see some gainzzz.

Got some great news. My son's first travel baseball game starts next Wednesday. Got word last night that he will be the starting 3rd baseman, batting third! and will be the closing pitcher!!!!!!! When my son and I got the news, we hugged and pretty sure we both cried but we both denied it.

I took it easy last night too with 315 barbell rows for 3X5 and 405 T-Bar Rows corner of the gym for 3X5.
Body feeling beat from 3 straight days in a row of Power Day While on my 29th consecutive week of my cut.
It can get tricky now that I'm 40 lbs. lighter

Also me and KenshinH we're not that strong nor shredded. We just like to lift as heavy as we can despite taking care of our families and not getting enough sleep. We're not hardcore at all.
