This is awesome, you've really worked with this and obviously it paid off! Your physique is astonishingly similar to mine !
I can tell by your thighs and the little extra width around the bottom of your waist that you're definitely not at 10% body fat, and I'd like to advise you to stop lying to yourself as this is only prohibiting your further progress, and if you're going to trick yourself about it the best is to say you have more than you actually have, as this works as a motivational factor for many people (such as myself haha). Having other people believe what you say doesn't make it true, unless you're George Bush. I'd say you're around 12-14%, which is by all means amazing for someone who gained that much mass in such a short period of time.
Keep it up man, I'm happy for you!

Thx bro appreciate the comment and support bro, means alot. Here is a typical meal plan for me:
Meal 1(6:30a.m before work)- 2 scoops stawberry whey, 1 cup of milk, 1 banana, 2 cups of cherrios, 1 cup of milk, 1 slice of bread, 1 tbsp peanut butter. 1080 calories. 83 grams of protein
Meal 212:00 p.m)- 1 salmon sandwhich on whole grain bread, apple, orange, 650calories, 75g of protein.
Meal 3 5:00p.m)- 300g of chicken breast, 3 cups of peas, 1L of milk- 1000 calories, 102g of protein
Meal 4: (8:00p.m)- 4-6 cups of cherrios(i love cherios, srs). 2cups of milk, 2 oranges.- 1020cal, 31g p
Total calories: 3750cal, 291g of protein + snacks
Total calories: 4100 calories, 291g of protein
As in snacks i mean maybe 1 chocolate bar throughout the day, small bag of chips
I work 10-12 hours a day. So its alot, thats why i need 4100 calories. Protein is probaly a little to high, but whatever.
I also don't count fats or carbs. I don't see the point in me eating 600g a day as oposed to 550g of carbs or being a little higher or lower in fats. As long as i hit my calorie and protein goal i am happy.
Also this is just when i am on a bulk i don't count fats and carbs.
On a cut i am extremely strick with my diet, serious.
I also do no cardio as well.
