I tried it today I'm not kidding. It works actually quite good, you're able to do a few more reps (1-3) than usual.
Start with 1.5 tbsp of coffee, if you don't notice any changes try 3 tbsps.

I didn't notice any changes in my pump, tbh. I just felt the same increase in energy as my preworkout would give.
I also noticed that I sweated alot more during my workout.
But if you want a better pump + more energy, I definitely suggest you to take a preworkout supplement.

should add 2-3g l-tyrosine. srs. l-tyrosine + 15-30g sugar + caffeine (specifically from coffee, since there are hundreds of other compounds in coffee) = utlimate pre-workout.
