There's no way he can be 6' 1''!? I saw him at a show as he was going out a few times and I was a good few inches taller than him and I'm 6' 2".
I'll give him 5' 9" or even 5' 10", but not 6' 1".
I read somewhere a while ago he used to eat something like 5 steaks a day when he competed in body building.$$$ Sasha Banks Crew $$$

Yeah, he's f-in jacked... don't really care too much if he juices... but yeah... personally, I think 19 - 20 arms sounds reasonable.
Here's a Wiki article on Cena. >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Cena
I also found this fan site for Cena via the YouTube vid linked above..
site:
in it, there's this article about Cena and abb.com
In the recent issue of Fitness Rx, there's an advertisement on behalf of American Bodybuilding and John Cena is promoting their products. Upon visiting their website, I've found out he is currently a spokesperson for their products and gear.

Billed height is usually larger than the wrestlers actual height (i think it probably started mainly with guys who were a novelty for their size, but they had to scale everyone else up to make it match), i've never seen him in person, but i'd guess he's like 5'11' or 6'0'' from seeing some wrestling shots and the marine (which in all honesty i thought was a pretty pimp movie, it didn't try to have a deeper meaning or anything like too many movies do, it was lots of good action, and intentionally semi-humorous in some parts).
Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one.
Lift the damn weight, and eat the damn food. It's as hard and as complicated as you make it.

he used to work out at a gym 20 minutes awawy from my house 1 day me and my freind drove up so we could say we trained at the same place as cena. the guy who owned the gym told us a stroy.
one day a kid was talking trash to john saying he could out squat him cena said hed met him at the gym right after school. this kid started of with 225 and did it easy cena did the same. kid did 315 and did it easy cena the same. they got up to 485 and the kid did it with some struggle. Cena made a joke out of it and struggled on the way up but making it look serious. the kid then went for 500 and failed. Cena threw on 500 and went down to the bottom blew a kiss to the kid at the bottom of the rep and then went on to bang out a set of 5 blowing a kiss at the bottom of each rep and the guy said the other kid never came back."Everyday I feel like I become less of a man but more of a legened"

Fact is, hes healthy hes bigger hes better and everybody wants to put it all down to steroids but at the end of the day IMO hes just doing what he has to so he can be better than the next guy who comes along.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=117460101

We both are about the same measurements. I will give you the best answer the solves all. For males if you start with the base
(5'0" is equal to 100lbs). For every other inch beyond add 10lbs. So if John Cena is 6'1" and 240lbs. He is the perfect bodybuilding weight for his height. We have to also keep in mind the three body types. Body Types are judged by two factors. 1. The bone density, 2. The frame depth (small, medium, large). This explains why some people are commonly born with two different predispositions. (ecto-ecto, ecto-meso, ecto-endo)
(meso-ecto, meso-meso, meso-endo)
(endo-ecto, endo-meso, endo-endo)
Now if the first of the equation. 1. bone density
2. frame depth
For myself, I am 2. Medium frame density
1. Medium to large bone density
John Cena is fit to his physical proportions. Now with that in mind. We can now guess where his physical attributes are.Pain is temporary, Pride is Forever

Let me put this to rest
I met him at the mall a few yrs ago. He was standing next to me looking at bball jersyes...I am 5'8.5 with sneakers probably 5'10 he was a "good" 4 inches taller than me. So if hes not 6'1, he's 6'1/2 and HUGE. I'm about 210lbs. with almost 18inch arms and I felt like a dwarf.
