What are the best fruits to eat while on a cut

I'm thinking of adding some fruit to my cut diet * third week right now * probably my last meal of the day is where I will add it . I'm just wondering whats the best kind of fruit to eat or does it not make a difference .

    This.

Also, berries have the lowest amount of sugar compared to majority of the fruits. Strawberries are good

You'd have to eat 6-7 fruits a day for it to have any impact on your diet and your body.
Plenty of micronutrients, tasty, just eat the damn fruit.

berries are lowest in calories and high in fibre

apple wise, green apples have 1/2 the calories of red apples

theres a few websites with nutritional info for fruits, google is your friend.

I believe in eating any fruit ESPECIALLY bananas. Bananas are probably the most excellent source of potassium... which if you didn't know will help your muscles from things like cramping.
You really can eat any fruit, just moderate it. None of them are that much better or worse for you.
