So im fasting nowadays and i wanted to know if it is okay to workout while im fasting and then afterwards eat food because after my fast opens i kinda be busy with my friends and stuff so really dont have time to go to the gym..
So simply i have two options..either workout while im fasting or dont go to gym at all for a month..
what should i do..

but i eat at like 3 am in the morning..go to sleep and then wake up at like 3-4 pm..and after an hour go to gym..so basically i dont think i end up using alot of energy before workingout anyways..plus iv fashioned my workouts in such a way that by the time i finish my workout its time to open my fast...
