There is no set limit. It's hard to say, depends on genes. We do know it's not very big. All the big guys admit to use and most of the bigger guys to claim natural are only believed by about 50% and the other 50% thinks they are lying. You'll never know your limit until you hit but at your height, you have a lot more growing to do. You shouldn't have any problem hitting 215+ and fairly lean. Of course that depends on your genetics, diet and work ethic.

There's a formula somewhere where you take your wrist/ankle/height measurements and come up w/ a lean body mass #; which is what you would weigh if you had 0% bf. The guy that created it used natty bodybuilders who were considered at their genetic peak.

you can get pretty damn big if you have halfway good genetics and workout hard and eat consistently for like 10 years.. For example I have a cousin that started when he was 18, is 29 now, and has worked out and ate consistently for the whole time.. He is around 5'11 205 at around 8% bf.. lifting stats roughly 405 bench for some reps, 650 deadlift, 600 squat.. He's big as hell.
Weighted pullups = 195 lbs x1
Weighted dips = 225 lbs x2
Squat = 405 x2

juice is illegal in my state in OZ, infact all states now I think. I was prescribed juice after a major motorbike accident which made me disabled, it worked for me.. If I could get it again, I would be on it no worries.
there are some draw backs however, you have to know what you are doing and I learned from the lewisham sports clinic in sydney. juice has hepatoxic effects, it can damage your liver big time, you need regular blood tests(one high reading and you hhave to stop immediently) and if the whites of your eyes turn yellow, well the damage has started big time. then there is the old time favourite anapolin, been around as long as arnold. "your nuts shrink" to the size of peas and never fully recover.
then there is "bitch tits" wrong drug for you and cycled/stacked wrong. your bones grow and can become deformed, like your forehead can grow, your elbows poke out more like spikes, and that is just what is happening on the outside. maybe u r thinking Deca is safe? no, you can not get an erection after a few cycles, and it has to be stacked with testosterone atleast. stacking is the problem as well, too much strain on the organs and internals, like an enlarged heart and that is not cool, because if you ever stop working out when you get old, your heart muscle starts to deteriorate, it only uses a small part of the enlarged heart to cater for everyday needs so it is lifeless and dies off! that is just a snapshot of what can happen if you are not on a medical program with a proffessor who knows his sh*t.
if you are young and the governemnt is not catering for you as an elite athlete, don't experiment with "the juice" leave it alone, you can ruin your body and life forever. I reckon some guys here get it from the gangsters, but there are so many problems, out of date, from a 3rd world country and fake, just poison. you also have to learn to inject yourself intramuscular, and that is an art. if you go in and retract to check for blood, seems ok, but you move a little in the process and inject a vein, lights out brother, your brain will fry and you could easily die very quickly. like I said a snapshot, if I hhad not been trained and understand all of this I would stay away from "the juice", unfortunately I have knowledge and if I could afford to stay in a country where it was legal for a year, I just might. you cant learn this from amateurs, it has to be a facillity and propper doctors or the chances of ruining your life are enourmous.

you only see what you imagine will make you famous, but look at the failures and consequences. so as a previously trained body builder using roids for rehab after a near death accident, yes I am trained and know it all, would I teach someone else "never", i will never share just discourage, even an expert can die from this stuff and dieing can be an easy out of a life destroyed by steriod abuse. impatience kills.

Actually bummed me out finding that link showing the average max lean body mass based on wrist/ankle/height measurements. I realize that I'll never know how big I can get until I truly hit that threshold where no matter what I try I just can't grow, but it's still a little dissappointing. I was hoping that I'd be able to be a solid 220ish, but according to that with the 'max' lean body mass and even 15%BF comes out to 204.
As my username gives away, Jeff Monson has actually been motivation for me to start lifting seriously because I believe I have a similar body type and felt with hard work I could reach something similiar to what he's achieved. He's admitted to using 'juice' in the past but claims to have been clean for years. While I realized it'd take a lot of hard work I thought it was possible with the right dedication. Oh well, long story short that link I posted just bums me out haha.

You don't want to man. Actually, I don't think It's even possible. I'm 5'4 too. Franco Columbu was 189 when he won Mr. Olympia in 1983-4? The guy is F*cking huge, and he's only 5'5. Trust me when I tell you that even at 160 LB's you'd look bigger compared to the 6'0 tall guys around here.

This is touchy because i know alot of guys that just flat out swole and huge - natty. But i truly believe the make or break is being able to stay at a low body fat while adding alotta pounds. Its a tough thing t determine, but hard work and detication should get you to a point physically where you are proud of the man in the mirror.
