its utter horse ****. lots of broscience and supposedly neat "tips and tricks" but its all crap. he was on gear, he lifted, he ate, he supplemented properly. thats all there is to it. doing some special routine or diet isnt going to make all the difference in the world. especially if you take on someone else's methods without making them your own. everyones different

He seems correct on most parts after skimming through. Although seeing "endomorphs need to cut down the ratio of fat to stay aesthetic" sort of makes me question this whole book.Attract toxic girls but I'm not toxic crew

I'm not saying this contains magical gaining tips or any get a six pack in 7 days gimmicks. It contains basic introductions to the processes of cutting/bulking, and includes basic but essential things that newbies such as myself need to learn from SOMEONE. (Such as Technique > Weight ). Of course you already know that, but people new to the bodybuilding world may not.

one of the 7 most important exercises in barbell curls
stay away from sugar at all costs
meals/protein have to be distributed several times throughout the day
you should wake up at 2am for some protein shake.

too much bro science.. I've heard him say never do decline press aswell lol
getting up at 2am to get protein? protein synthesis carries on throughout your entire even when you sleep..
