I'm cutting till i hit 170 lbs got about 2 more months..Trying to only lose 1.2-1.5 pounds a week, to minimize muscle lose.. Then i'm going to do a small bulk to 185 and then cut again.. I want to be in the low 180's at 10% body fat..

I've only been on a strict cut for 5 weeks... when i start to bulk i'm only going to add 500 calories a day to what i normally eat. i lost a huge portion of weight from 1-1-12 to about 8-1-12.. Then i started to do a recomp which i did for about 4 months maintaining my weight of 185 and losing 1% body fat a month. Then 5 weeks ago i decided to a cut cause the recomp is taking to long.

Your cut is IDENTICAL to mine Number wise.. Started 235, and Also want to get down to 180...
At 200 ATM, It's an impressive cut... Any suggestions on how to get rid of this remaining 15-20lbs?..

I'm on a pretty strict diet.. I use a calorie counter called Ifitnespal. I weigh out all my food for every meal. I eat 6 times a day. I also drink a gallon of water a day.. I use a ratio of 40% protein 35% fat and 25% carbs.. those ratios are of a 1900 calorie diet that im on.. Not sure how many calories you are intaking.. Maybe try reducing your carb intake and up your fat intake.
