Well despite going ape**** on a jar of peanut butter last night and consuming upwards of 2000 calories prior to bed last night, it didn't seem to affect my weight at all.
It's been affecting my mood more than anything. Just annoyed with myself for the lack of control that I still feel somedays despite my best efforts.
Pretty happy with where I'm at now despite last night and the rampage of goodies I had on Sunday during the Super Bowl.
I have six more days planned of PSMF and then I'm going to be taking 4-5 days off from dieting to eat at maintenance and let my mental state reset.
After that, I'll see where I'm at and then determine what plan of action will the best for me to take the rest of the month.
I might do another few weeks of PSMF and see if I can finally push the gauntlet under 190 pounds.
I'd like to drop another 3-4 pounds by next week, but I have a feeling that's a steep order at this point.
I'm pretty happen with the definition I'm starting to get throughout my body despite how little my lower ab and side fat seem to want to not budge.
Just gotta keep going no matter what.

Gonna eat around but below maintenance for the next couple of days and then go back to my deficit. Hopefully this will stop these ****ing cravings and I can continue on like the last three weeks.

Eating around 1800-2000 cal a day, 100g carbs, 145g protein, rest in fats.

Feeling a lot better today. Hopped on the scale to see that 183.8 again. I got panicky last week when I shot up to 188-189 after starting creatine again. I'm happy with the results so far. I'm killing it at the gym and my measurements suggest I'm losing fat, even though I didn't drop below my previous low weight. I'm sticking with the 10g of creatine everyday so I figure I'm still holding some excess water but who gives a crap if I'm looking better and the scale is sliding the right direction.

good thing is, weeks not over :-) I like mid week weigh ins myself. Somehow helps me see where i'm at the first part of the week and make any adjustments to diet/workouts if needed. I'm down a little over a pound from last way in, getting rid of this water weight again i gained last week.

Oh damn, ill have to fix that, I started November 2011 and finished losing 115-120lbs in July so 8 months... When I look at it that way that's a lot of weight in short time, suprisingly I have like the very minimum of loose skin, if any... Just a crap load of stretch marksExercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.

Well, I made it through the Super Bowl party binge and am down a lb from last week.
On another note, I have had more energy that even just a few weeks ago and am loving it. I have not hit the gym as religiously, but have been able to skip the TV at night, and play with the kid a lot more. Good times.Grinding it out and trying to get better.
June 2014 - 330 lbs
August - Under 300 and never going back

Maybe someone can explain this to me. It seems weeks when I'm not going to the gym, I lose weight. I was down weight on Monday. Goto the gym Tuesday night, Wed morning i've gained. Last night I goto the gym, this morning i'm even heavier!
I know my diet is well under maintenance, so it's not that I'm eating too much. I'm getting a good workout lifting. Muscles are sore, nice sweat going.
This isn't the first time it's happened. It seems like my weight loss stalls almost every week I lift alot at the gym.
Anyone know this feel? What can I do?LEO
