Hey guys, I have been getting a lot of contradicting information on barbell bent over rows. Im going for the v shape, what should I be concentrating in more, wide or close grip rows? Im trying to keep the reps under 5.
Happy lifting

You're getting contradictory information because there's no 'one size fits all' answer; your body mechanics are different from mine and everyone else's, so what works for me isn't necessarily going to do the same thing for you.
You're going to have to do some experimenting, and see which hand position works better for you.No brain, no gain.
