The **** happened to your deadlift? Even if my plates are 2 pounds lighter per plate, that's still only a 20 pounds difference. Which is still highly unlikely. Betsy wouldn't have made that much of a difference either.

Well the general outline is.

Just ran and did pushups in middle school.
Highschool got into sports.

Sophomore did track and some lifting. Junior year I was really serious and lifter
for the whole year almost very seriously.

Broke my leg end of junior year.

and basically been training hard again since December of last year.

haha that's what I was thinking of too.

But no its getting me mad that for the past 3weeks or so I've actually tooken time to do alot of hip mobility work and stretching my posterior chain.....but hasn't helped my deadlift at all.

Squats feel a little easier though.

Good pump and intensity. Shorter rest between sets than usual. Incline was great.

Small update.
I weighed in at a very surprising 185. Of course im not really 185 because my meals where different today.

First meal was bowl of honey bunches of oats. Second meal was 3slices of pizza. Third meal was 2slices of pizza.


Still feels pretty good though especially since I was able to see abs. Even though they always appear lopsided on camera.


And legs have some some outline and aren't just slabs of meat.
