Thanks peeps...so happy to hear that my squat form is passable...it used to kinda suck couldnt get to depth but squat shoes and stretching helped.
Smolov week 1...DONE!
All belt less too but Im going to start adding the belt for the 10X3 sets since my spinal erectors were getting pretty tired and bar speed was slowing down a lot.
Can't wait to squat on Sunday...I'm getting addicted to squats all over again.
Yesterdays's session:
squats
7x5 205lb (was supposed to be 200lb...apparently I wasn't fully awake to realize this until today lol)
Today's session:
10X3 210lb

speaking of squat shoes-- I need to get a pair of good kicks to rock for when I do legs. I refuse to be one of those people who do it barefoot… maybe I'll be one of those who wears chucks haha who knows.

Hey Guys!
Okay so basically I just realized something. ( Its so not important ) lol. BUT, basically when I got my boot off ( my air cast from when I broke my ankle), when I would run, I could
only run on a 7% incline lmao because the angle didn't bother my foot. AND TODAY I was like.. let me put it on 0, and run flat… and holyyyy moly. 1) It didn't hurt 2) I don't know why
I waited this long to try to run flat, and 3) I feel like I could basically run a marathon because I was so used to running uphill that running flat is just so easy.. and I was the worst runner
ever. SO CHEERS TO THAT and by cheers I mean PWO Cheers
My workouts have been all over the place ( nonetheless they got done) so I couldn't even log this week if I tried lol. Will be back on track with logging them come monday!

Finished off smolov week 2 today...and so far today was the toughest workout...I felt it down to my bones...still do actually. I have no idea how I'm going to finish next week's 10x3. Today it took me an hour to finish the 10 sets.

Hey guys...sorry been MIA from here ....so far the supplements are meeting my expectations.
I really like taking creatine and it has been helping me get through Smolov. I honestly don't think I would've been able to finish these damn weights without the Women's Elite/Peak combo.
Also, I feel more solid everywhere. Less fat? I'm just happy all around to be smashing weights and getting leaner/stronger
About to start on the second tub of each of the products tomorrow!
After Smolov going to deload. Not sure if I should still take the creatine then.
Today's training was Smolov Week 3 Day 3:
squats
7X5 225lb
I felt weak today since I had stomach issues before the workout but made it through. Not sure if it was the almost 2 bags of spinach I ate yesterday...most likely
The previous two workouts this week felt strong so hopefully tomorrow I can finish the program strong.
