Just got some news. Bag was recovered in the cardio room EMPTIED. So someone must have stashed it when I went to the bathroom and then took everything and put it in their bag. They left my universal catalog, the fish oil bottle that I had glutamine in, and my Animal Rage. Took everything else. Why they left the Animal Rage is beyond me. Unless they were coming back for it. Still no leads though...
I hate the security system in our gym. From the weights to the cardio room, no cameras, but on the machine side theres like 20~Murray State Crew~

You should try the blue can one too, its 20 cals, same with the white can. The tea one sucks and so does the relax flavor.

In case you didn't know that's Remi Gaillard, hilarious French guy who does tons of stuff like that. In his Rocky video he goes to the local supermarket, jogs on the conveyor at the tills, goes in to the back room of the butchers section and starts punching the meat.
I think this was at Mr Universe Qualifiers.

I don't mess with extreme diets anymore. I just do what's easy but take my time. It needs to be preached all over the place to be very patient when getting yucky lean in order to stay lean.
Yeah, that kid is a beast. OFN is OFN though. I think I read about him like 8 years ago or something(I'm exaggerating maybe but it's old).
It was suspected the kid was getting juicy thanks to his piece of crap father.
People have already thought of that long ago homie. Just think of the abuse, they'd block the gene and then continue to get extra juicy. You'd have guys walking around with 400lbs of LBM, it'd be insane.
Yep. It's good IMO. If you lift or are athletic at least, not sure if you're do or are either
Good because if you cared about another random man then you'd be even more of a ****gytimer. I'll analogy until you love me ******* And you carry on or something. Carry something, something heavy plz.
The same reason every other body builder lies, monetary gain and such."Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
