Just got some news. Bag was recovered in the cardio room EMPTIED. So someone must have stashed it when I went to the bathroom and then took everything and put it in their bag. They left my universal catalog, the fish oil bottle that I had glutamine in, and my Animal Rage. Took everything else. Why they left the Animal Rage is beyond me. Unless they were coming back for it. Still no leads though...

I hate the security system in our gym. From the weights to the cardio room, no cameras, but on the machine side theres like 20

guess i shoulda clarified, i only have to use this junk 1 day a week thank god. my setup at home is much, much better. but i need to find a better solution since i'm going to be here a lot over the holidays. might join some random 24 hour fitness type place for a month to hold me over.

Taste is 7.5/10 if you're an energy drink aware. There is some good chit out there. Rockstar Burner for example. And if you're not looking for low cal, all the energy+juice are good, especially Monster M-80.

There are a couple tea ones. Lemonade is fantastic. Monster Rehabs are solid. Blue is burner. Not sure what white one you mean that isn't Xdurance.

I have a big thing of BCAAs just wasting away and would use them VERY rarely when I would train fasted on PSMF, little bit of mio and water + bcaas and we're good.
