I don't have too much experience with that. I know Hemavol has it in its ingredients. I want to try that stacked with Craze. You can get 10 samples for 9.99 on iForce's site, but there also is a $4.99 shipping fee. You can also get 10 samples of Maximize Intense for the same price also, basically 10 samples of each with $4.99 total shipping. Getting both the shipping isn't too bad.

BB Curls are heavy and I love concentration curls.

Nice arm work!How do you like Carnivor? I was thinking about trying some Carnivor b/c Scivation Whey has been making me sick after my workouts for a few weeks now. Might be a little many carbs in Carnivor, but I think I can work it into my diet during my cut.

I was loading the truck and It was slippery and Boom I went down Smashed my back on a stone wall and my bad knee took everything and saved me from falling even farther so Thats a little stiff as well.
