Tried Mass XXX like 5 years ago. Tastes like shxt and is shxt. Horrible. I gained 6lbs in a week because I had no idea what I was doing...which is virtually the situation with anyone that buys these products.

I make chocolate or regular milk or chocolate almond milk, mixed with unflavored protein isolate, natural crunchy peanut butter, vanilla ice cream, mix or blend it. Then on top whipped cream and hard sprinkled chocolate. Throw in some crushed dead sea salt caramels too.

* Chobani Peach or Mango Flavor Yogurt
* Almond Butter
* Whole Milk
* Peanut butter too
* PineApples!
* Berries
* Oats

don't forget the egg whites.

This may seem excessive but way healthier than that Mass XXX crap and more nutritious
