I have a lot of trouble doing these exercises with a barbell, because of form and I don't have a squat rack so I don't want to put to much weight that could come crashing down. Dumbbell squats/deads seem much easier for me. What's the difference for results? Is it okay do do these instead? How much weight should I use compared to barbell?

ok thanks another question. i was doing the stiff-legged deadlifts and i just relized that was for lower back. the workout is bench, press, row, curl, stiff-dead, and squats. split on two days. how is that? and i dont understand, am i supposed to be doing regular deadlifts too, or are squats enough.
