Shakalaka!
Not even Christmas makes me like the cold. I am one miserable mofo to be around during Christmas
Yeah buddy! I think when next Summer comes around I will set aside a little bit of cash to continue converting the garage. It's only half done you see, I wanted to deck all walls with plasterboard and have a proper ceiling. Whilst I'm at it I think I'll get some fibreglass insulation and throw a few rolls of it about up top. Should help. I would clad the door up but it's the only way into the back garden from the front when I'm cutting the grass and that, and I don't wanna have to walk through the house with a dirty mower...Last edited by lllDBOlll; 11-06-2012 at 10:49 AM.

Be and Ex-Patriot and move to St. Thomas/St. John Caribbean Islands (srs)
They are still U.S. Territories, there's also a British territory in the Caribbean but those are legit to live in. Not too expensive either if you become a local.CONQUERING BARBELL

Unreal man, serious weight there. Now I know im not long at lifting or anything but is it not proper form to have your elbow's pointing toward the ground instead of flared back. Not trying to diss you or anything but its supposed to be better doing it like that, might even help, dunno said id mention it ha. This is what im talking about

Like I told Audie I can't understand how people can do that, as my rear delts cramp up instantly. A guy I talk with on YouTube does it no handed (srs... squats 405 no handed for fun) so to be honest, it doesn't matter where you are putting your arms / hands... all that matters is the back is straight and the depth is nice.

Great job on the OHPs (and I'm especially impressed with how easy you made the 35kg DB presses look)
Squatting is looking really strong and stable now Danny -- back position looked really good. Just above parallel, so work at going a little deeper, but that was a really nice set!
You're probably not that far from a 1RM squat that's bigger than my deadliftLast edited by fittofattofit; 11-07-2012 at 05:43 PM.

just saying i'm the opposite, my elbows go down naturally, i'd have to have a wider hand position to go elbows back. which would make me feel to loose in the upper back. i use a slighlty wider hand pos for low bar subsequently because i cant get the bar down that far w/ out doing so. although i dont lowbar anymore so the statement is irrelevant. good day sir.... i said good day

LOL you crack me up you kunt.
Well basically to get my elbows pointing the floor I have to bring my scaps in realllllll tight and this instantly cramps up my rear delts. Has happened every time I have tried to. It's obviously just a flexibility issue but nothing that I am really worried about.
GOOD DAY TO YOU *******"Ain't nothing to it but to do it"

Yeah id be all thrown off elbows back, like it could turn into a good morning. Your second rep there danny you leaned forward a bit goodmorning style, its fine if your strong enough to recover from it but if some day your head isnt focused and it goes ahead of you too far you could find yourself falling forward with 145kg on your neck. That being said you have the set up to prevent injury.
The reason as you said is flexibility, the bigger you get the less flexible you are and you sir are fuarkin massive. One man has enthusiasm for 30 minutes, another for 30 days, but it is the man who has it for 30 years who makes a success of his life.

LOL I was joking on youtube with you about elbowstoopointy/10, that's MISC saying when someone has no complain about anything but yet still have to complain about something
Your hand positioning looks good to me on that high bar squat. the wider arm reach to the bar with elbows flaring out is basically when you are doing a low bar squat.
Again everything looks solid and sound on that squat bro. My comment on youtube is just a joke lolCONQUERING BARBELL
