its a whole different thing in real life.. i guarantee you you dont have 17+ inch arms and a 68 shoulder circumference, i look wayyy bigger in rl.. and these pics were taken without any lightning mind you..

you can see the arm size in relation to my height, which is 6ft 2... and it should seem legit for the people that have a clue about bbing..

Getting there OP, I feel you need to fill out your back (and some upper chest mass), focus on this when you're trying to gain some mass.
Quads look like they have some meat on them, try to add some size to your calves to match.

Looking good brah. Although i have pretty much the same measurements at 5'10 and at a lower bf atm. But on the other hand you have more potential (filling out 6'2 frame + added height) so i guess you get the last laugh right?

once i cut dat down ill be on dat juicy time

people talking about my chest.. its genetics, with proper lightning ud see its ok.. its just flat as fuk, i bench 110kg on incline for 4-5 reps, it doesnt matter fo shiet
