Taking creatine and 10mg of Lisinopril?

So I just started getting back into lifting. I take 10 mg of Lisinopril for hypertention. Right now I'm taking on's gold standard protein powder and I want to add a creatine routine as well. Does anyone here take Lisinopril and creatine at the same time? The only thing I could find online about it was one website is something along the lines of "its not healthy" and thats it, no elaboration. I've heard someone say that it could be because of dehydration, but I drink about a gallon of distilled water a day.

    Any info would be appreciated,

    Thanks in advance

If it's a problem better not eat too much meat, it's got creatine as well!

Creatine supplementation is analogous to carb loading and other such ergogenic aids. It's a natural substance in your food.

I'm on 40mg Lisinipril and 12.5mg HCTZ. I supp with 5+g creatine daily for over a year. Blood work completely normal. And cleared it with my Doc before starting. Just make sure you're drinking enough water or other liquids.

I'm in this same situation. I'm not taking creatine but looking into it. My question is, the added water will help make impedance bf% measurements more accurate or falsely low?

Currently on keto diet for fat burn.
