    i am 177lbs 10 percent, and i would consider myself pretty jacked.

    But for my goals i would want to be at least 190-210lbs. Anywhere in that range would be sick.

    I'm about an inch taller than that and I'm at about 197. I'm happy with what I look like. Just stay lean. To me it's about body fat rather than weight. Although I'd like to be about 220 pure muscle.

    lol at these weights frank zane was like 180 in contest shape. so he'd be 190 at like 10% maybe? lol. do u guys realize how much muscle that is? look at my avi and that's 160 lbs right? well now think of 30 lbs of muscle. im not talking about the ****gy weight u teens put on in your growth spurts which involve all kinds of tissue since you're growing but PURE MUSCLE MASS, imagine it in terms of steaks if u want. well 30 lbs of LEAN muscle mass is an enormous amount and i'll never gain that without copious amount of cell tech.

    id be happy losing maybe 2-3% more bf and gaining 5 lbs more mass. lets be realistic brahs.

    OP i'd say 165 shredded at 5'9" is great.

    New to this site. I'm at 5'9 I'm 15 stone 210lbs very solid big frame for my size but can't manage to get abs at this size. Anyone got any tips?

    I'm 5'9" and realistically I'd love to be around 170ish pounds at <10% body fat

    If you want to see your abs your gonna need to lose some fat... 210lbs is pretty big for 5'9"
