what is the best creatine form or the best creatine supplement for gaining size and strength ???
man clout has nice reviews ... tri-creatine orotate look great for strength
but i see that nutrabolics changed the formula of ceo with creatine ethilestere orotate
for you what is the best ???
how much creatine is better for strength 5 or 10 gr (10 gr = 5 gr prewo and 5 gr postwo)
in list i would add storm from universal and size on from gaspari

formula of Storm is also underdosed. i've tried Storm twice and actually loss strength both times. you really need to flip a coin and narrow your choices down to Clout, GreenMag, or SizeOn.
in the supplement game a cheaper price per serving isn't always the best choice.

Creatine Monohydrate is the king of creatines with the most studies and research backing it in terms of gains and safety. Look for a product with creapure which is what researchers use in the studies and then look what else is in the product to support its delivery to muscle and other benefits.
Creatine Mono works great, see Dr. Mark Tallon:

i was skeptical about seeing that Orotine was the King of Creatines until i tried it. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/man/orotine.html
have you tried Orotine and compared it to regular, old fashion, grey beard Creatine Mono?

Most ruthless thing ive read in awhile by a Member on /pa/
Anon1: "What makes you kids think if you post info about someone you dont like people will just want to fuc with them for you. Thats not even for it lulz, it would just be pointless"
Anon2: "We here enjoy fukn with people for no reason whatsoever. Go back to /i/ with this "not even for it lulz" bullchit. We don't need lulz here, just tears!!!!
