Hey I wanna try out creatine and was wondering, which brand is the best one?
I was thinking about creature. Is that good? Or are there better brands than that one?
And also, are the pills better or powder better?
Pills would be much easier and faster to take than powder, but I heard that the powder is much cheaper.
What do you guys recommend?

Im gnna creatine mono hydrate from gnc. its only 10 bucks powder form. thats extremely cheap

the best creatine I've used, and I've used a lot...is Green Bulge by controlled labs. def like the pills > powder.
didn't notice any bloating which for me is very important.
strength went up a bit as well

Man there really isn't any "best" creatine out there bro.. to be honest don't spend your $$ on all the hyped up **** because simple creatine mono works perfectly.. Anyways, I'd go for creapure creatine.
