    Am I Strong For My Age?

    Hi, ive been working out for about a year now i am 14, 5'11 and weigh 175lbs so i just wanted to find out if i am strong for my age,these are all 1 rep maxs.

    Bench: 198lbs
    Dumbell Bench: 74lbs
    Squat: 243lbs
    Leg Press: 331lbs
    Barbell Curls: 88lbs
    Bent Rows: 121lbs
    Deadlift: 286lbs

    Why are they all such weird numbers? You have 1 pounders at gym?

    But yes looks stronger than your average 14 year old lifter.

    Ive never seen a 74ib DB in my life. Are you converting the Kilo measurements at your gym into pounds?

    Id say yeah def. :] but your numbers are just crazy, not only are random numbers some are lop sided in comparison.

    OP, those are decent lifts for 14 but you should focus trying to be strong, rather trying to be strong for your age.

    You're strong for your age, but not your weight. Those are some good numbers though, even if they are weird (ie row being really low compared to Bicep curl). Keep it up and you'll be beastin in a couple years.

    bench- 205 lbs.
    squat- 295 lbs.
    deadlift- 345 lbs.
    power clean- 175 lbs.
    barbell curl- 105 lbs.

    the lower back thing?
    not a huge deal
    my lower back was literally constantly sore fore 1-2 weeks straight. it never got fully recovered.
    then when the soreness was over i felt some slight joint pain (i had to skip a workout since i was so sore everything felt awkward). but yeah i guess the soreness was covering up the joint pain.
    i should be good in a week no more then two.

    Not bad, but you should be able to do more for your weight. Recently turned 15 this jan and most of my numbers are better than those. Also why do you have a 1 rep max for barbell curls?
