Looking good brah.
No need to cut imo, you've got a low bodyfat already. Keep bulking, at 6'2 you got heaps of potential.

Feedback? You look better than someone who is 6'2" and untrained. Kudos, brosephasaurus.
EVERYONE in this section needs to work on gaining muscle EVERYWHERE. And it would be literally stupid for you to cut unless your goal is to look like a light pole.
Good luck!RIP Wesley aka Iron Addict

Thanks brah, Will be hitting every body part 2x a week for the next month to see how it goes & of course il be bulking.
I did do Starting strength for like two weeks when I first initially got interested with lifting as a Sophomore but that lasted about two weeks. Did not lift religiously till about February of this year as a Senior in highschool.
SS is to little volume for me, I did not like it... I prefer a split. If I were to do it all over again - I would start with 3 day split

^^
I Guess Diet is 90% of the Obstacle for Achieving Muscle Mass.. Im debating on doing SS, or All Pro's workout, or a 3 day split workout tommorow, Ive heard SS gives the most strength gains, All Pro's gives the biggest mass gains and endurance and i guess the 3 day split is good for the long run.
3 Day Split?
- Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
- Biceps and Back
- Legs and Abs
?
Ps. Looking Swoll.

Diet is key, I wasted so much time by not dieting correctly. Do the math and see how many calories you usually are taking, more than likely you'd be in a deficit and have to bump up the calories. Use swole.me to find out your maintenance
3 Day split was something like
Chest/Tris/Abs
--
Back/Bis
--
Shoulders/Legs/Abs

Thanks Bro, Been lifting blindly for 8 months, When i discovered this Site three days ago, Ive been reading non-stop, but their is just too much information and too many workouts to try. So i think im going to fix my diet and do main compound movements while doing cardio and abs to lower bf.
Subbed and Repped.
