I just soiled myself @ your carb intake.
But yea STPs can take a bit of getting used to at first. Some tips for maximizing that there reppage: wide triangular base between your two feet and arms resting on the ball, have the ball directly under your sternum to begin with (it WILL drift during the set), alternate clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations every 5 reps to ensure even work distribution around the core <- also helps with arm fatigue a little bit.
STPs are fun though, they will definitely make you feel more stable at the bottom of your squat, for example.

I would say 16year old genetics but now its getting even a little cray for that
Its probably just the high % of carbs at this point (almost 64% of calories)
Although % ratios mean nothing in terms of physical need, many experience hunger if fat intake goes below 20% total cals(your is about 17-18%), regardless of total calories.
Also you probably dont get as much primary protein sources (meat, protein powd, eggs, dairy) (which are more filling) because your trace protein add up so much.
There isno way I could keep my fat or protein as low as your on that many calories and still eat things I like
Id probably eat a jar of nu butter a dayLast edited by determined4000; 04-01-2012 at 02:05 AM.

Honestly I still dont get why you count specific macros
Im at 25cals/lband probably havent counted since hitting 21-22
I mean its not as if you are going to have zilch energy if you're at 650g of carbs one day (lol)
Many athletes of others with high intakes allow their macros to flucuate quite a bit
Here is some1 else's log (let's see if he claims it)

madness i say!
do you want som TP to clean yourself up?
thanks for the tips! they should be great for getting extra reps
stable at the bottom is what i want!
teh fatz are at bay cuz i am on a high protein diet and had a salad today
all of these are valid reasons. and i have often contemplated upping protein cuz of da damned trace sources. i might drop CHO to 700 and up p to 220 depending on how this week goes. and i have no problems eating low fat haha. and i have at least 2 cookies a day
mirin CHO and music i see
way to steal Zack's macros haha. and yeah. if i dont set macros for myself, i have a tendency to come up very short on cals. also, i would probably hit the same macros anyways since5 days a week, i do the same thing hence making the same thing (for breakfast and lunch andpreWO) makes life easy for me.
STP=stir the pot
it tasted bomb! artisan pasta FTW! was a tad expensive tho :-/
thanks.

Matt. I'm not sure whether those macros are awesome because you get to eat to your heart's content or if they are going to be a challenge to take down. I think you know how big my appetite is, but 700+ carbs might actually be a lot for me haha.
But anyways, MORE FOOD=MORE OF MATT's COOKING=MORE FOOD P0RN=HAPPY THREAD FOLLOWERS

SUNDAY
Our national animal at its finest
Elliptical
28:58
350 cals
3.25 miles
5508 strides
Timed myself foam
Rolling my legs (ITB, hams, adductor, medialis, rf, glutes, calves) and it was like 6.5 mins/leg haha.*
Hit up some more elliptical. Time seems to fly when I'm doing this. And it's nice and easy on da joints/back. Speaking of which, all of the aforementioned are feeling much better today. Only one or two spasms . I'm still most likely gonna take it easy on LB work tomorrow just to be safe but I'll gross that bridge when I come to it.*
Whipped up some sushi for lunch and then headed off to work. Today was really short and I basically was filling out a bunch of paperwork for them to send money to me, health stuff, etc was done in just over an hour. I officially start Saturday as far as I can gather and am working Tuesday as well completing the last of the bureaucratic stuff.*
Thanks for following
