    My dad keeps a fridge in the garage along with an empty anti-freeze container so he doesn't need to go back into the house.

    Unfortunately, they have a separate women's section with weights and equipment (something about Mass. law that lets them do that), so they all hang out there.

    Which is just as well, because the weights section in the general gym area is a sausage fest.

    Yep, too scared of packing on all the muscle, women get huuuge muscle's really fast you know.... all that estrogen kicking in!
    Took such a long time to convince the wife she wouldnt be getting huge muscle's if she started lifting heavy. Took like 2-3 weeks to convince her , then she realised she cba to lift....

    lol damn...that's crazy to me. Have always wanted to be strong, at least somewhat competitive w/ the guys, and have muscles. My man told me he's had a similar issue as you with previous relationships. If he could even get the girl in the gym, she'd do one set and talk about how it's too much. But then she'd complain about wanting to be toned! Used to get complimented a lot on my legs by other women and told how 'lucky' I was. When I told them they could have legs like that too they were incredibly interested...but as soon as I said 'lift', the interest immediately died. It's like wtf? Everyone thinks they're going to find this magical trick where they can have the body they want...and hardly anyone is willing to take the route that's proven time and time again to get you there. Misconceptions such as 'lifting will make me look like a man' are really just convenient excuses imo. They can be unawares if they want to...I'm going to be a bad bish next summer

    Put all your songs in one folder, open itunes, export said folder into the library, sync, and then you're good to go. I know there's a way you can manually open your ipod and transfer the files over through 'my computer', but I just do it the itunes way since it syncs whenever I add new music automatically
