    Whey Protein vs Muscle Milk

Ok, I have been taking cheap body fortress protein from Wal-Mart for about 6 weeks now, along with Size-ON and different Pre-Workout Pumps.

Should I switch my protein because I feel my body needs a shock? Should I try Muscle Milk instead of protein?

What are the differences between Whey and Muscle Milk?

Muscle milk = whey. It contains both whey isolate, concentrate and casein (a slower absorbing protein).

Review the labels for full details.

Muscle Milk is a protein blend [including wheys] with added fats and cheap vitamins and minerals.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Don't bother with Muscle Milk, it's really nothing special. Look into American Whey. You can buy it in 10lbs or even 25lbs for really cheap and it supposedly tastes great. I will be purchasing 25lbs of it very soon.

If you are having trouble gaining muscle, you probably aren't getting enough protein. So, buy bulk whey and take at least 4-5 scoops a day along with a high protein diet and you should see great results.

I would stay away from Muscle Milk. I like how it tastes, but the saturated fat is way high.

Here is some of the best protein around. give it shot:
