No, I seen that, I just didn't see the confusion that should have ensued. You're under 1000 net calories a day if you factor in cardio. It's not healthy, safe, smart, or going to achieve the body you want (unless you have issues with body image). I've voiced my concerns before, but srsly, there are anorexic girls that consume more net calories.
Not hating. Legit concerned.1175 @172

I don't workout everyday. Probably about 3-4 times a week. I know you're concerned, but it's not necessary. I put on some quality mass imo, just need to strip the fat off so it looks better.
104lbs bb.com kg to lbs conversion is messed up. Plus I weighed myself when I was sick, hadn't drank many liquids and probably dehydrated... I'd say my weight is probably closer to 48-49kgs. But I don't like seeing the scale up so that's why I weighed myself when I was dehydrated. :P
Lol, that's too much brah.

missed 10 pages. still same ol chit. threadception.
edit: also, didn't lift yesterday cause like 2 hrs sleep. then only got about 4 hours last night. not sure if i should do yesterday's workout (DL/abs) today and today's workout (shoulders) tomorrow or what. feels like DL would suck today cause i'm so exhausted. shoulders are like the easiest day, prolly just gonna do DL tmrw. tell me w0t to do.Given enough time, any man may master the physical. I'm still sore from my workout two days ago -- chest, arms, hammies. Elbows/tris feel better, but still a little sore.
Tonight's workout should be fun -- I'll be walking funny for days on end.

So, based on feedback from this crew I lowered my calories just a little to make sure my bulk stayed "clean". Cut down carbs, and lowered intake to 2100 calories (from 2350).
...and while this may be premature (it's only been a week), my weight has dropped. I'm now at 143 from 145. Some of this could be water weight since I was 145 after my Thanksgiving "bulk" but it's still a little crazy.
So, holding off to see if I'm still seeing an uptick or a down tick and take it from there. And I am thinking that I should probably up my protein while lowering my carbs even more.
On that note, here's my pic from two weeks ago (taken during my Thanksgiving "bulk" ). Thoughts on what my bf% would be? Caliper measurements seem to say around 21-22%, but not sure.

Point taken. To be fair, I was cutting at around 1400-1500 calories, so given that my maintenance is ~1800, I was doing 2300 (I'm a pretty small guy).
Some of the comments here (and elsewhere) made me think that maybe I'm a bit too pudgy and so I thought about scaling back my "bulk" (such as it is). So, cut down my intake by a couple of hundred calories to see if that would help.
It's not like I need an incentive to eat.

Anybody supplementing beta alanine daily? I'm thinking of adding it to my "stack".. I get about 3 grams on workout days right now and nothing on off days.

What is this 1/5th of a pizza foolishness on the back of the box? It wouldn't be plate sized if it wasn't meant to be a serving.

Vox, 2500 would probably be a good spot to start. Stay off the scale for the first 3 weeks.
