Everyone needs to be mindful of the choices they make when selecting foods from MFP. Many of the entries are absolutely inaccurate. You should google every food you eat, and compare it to the entries on MFP. When you google it, look at multiple sites and figure out what is accurate. Nothing is perfect, but like I said you'll find many entries that are flat wrong.

Yeah. Another good resource, when it comes to raw foods, is using http://nutritiondata.self.com. It's definitely a better and more complete resource for raw foods. Also, all these entries ARE on MFP, so you just have to wade through it the first time. Plus once you have it on your list, you don't have to search it up a second time. But MFP's database for store-bought brand-name items is usually quite solid.

Pre photo, I guessed I weighed 280. I didn't officially start "cutting" until a month later. (early March) I was kinda of cutting all of February as well, but just working my way into it without counting calories. I may have been 285 or 290. My highest known weight was 308 but I'm pretty sure I was even fatter.
So 90-100 pounds.

Well, looks like I should be logging some weight loss this week. After a massive binge on New Years Eve, which was after my starting weight, I seem to have taken all that off so at least I should see the scale move down this week.

Didn't have the best the best week to start off, living with my parents for christmas and new years and they really aren't the healthiest food experts out there,even though thats a lame excuse for my failures. Luckily I'll be going to my place tomorrow and being there makes weightloss WAAAYYYY easier.

Just had a great workout. spent about 90 minutes at the gym, mainly weights, but also some treadmill at the end. Hoping my scale shows up in the mail soon so I can do a better job of tracking my info. Till then I'll have to use the Gym scale that I only have access to on Friday Mornings. My friend told me today his goal is around 230 lbs, with DEXA scans and all that telling him he'd be at roughly 15% BF. Took a long time for me to explain to him why it is unlikely he'd even be sub-20 at that point.

Not sure if I'm going to lose any weight this week since I'm constantly expelling all the garbage I've been eating for the past 6 months. It may take another week for my weight loss to actually show. So far I've been really good on my calories and getting proper macros.

Sorta plateaued at around 100 after cutting 30kg off, so Started IF last saturday. ended up losing 3kg this week, a lot more than I want (aiming for about 1/week). Definitely need to re-evaluate my caloric intake for the future.
