my shoulders from side dont look defined, its almost flat. how do i get definition on my shoulders? my bodyfat% is about 8-9.
i want more definition like this-

You just need time to grow more. The guys shoulder in the picture is twice the size of yours. Youre definitely lean, just not enough mass yet.

In your case, with the low bodyfat, you just need to get a bit of mass on the shoulders. Do heavy overhead presses as the overall mass builder (dumbbell or barbell, whichever you prefer) and do dumbbell side raises for reps in 6-10 range with good form and slow speed. I'd recommend adding in some face pulls for rear delt definition too, to add some balance for when you start getting some decent shoulders.
