Protein pills vs. protein powder?

This powder I have tastes like s***, makes me feel like vomiting every time I drink it (GNC Whey vanilla powder)

I need some more protein, so im thinking about buying pills this time instead of powder...is there any difference?

well unless u plan on taking 10 pills for 1 protein serving, id stick to the shakes cause they r faster and easier than swalloing dozens of pills.

Not really a viable idea. Just find a better tasting protein. Infusion (MRP), Ultra Peptide (micellar casein + whey isolate), as well as CytoSports' Complete Whey (WPC/WPI) are all top choices.

those pills only have like 3 grams of protein, so you have to take a lot. Also they take a while to get in the system after swallowing, just get some ON's gold standard whey... it beats any flavor of GNC (assuming you like chocolate, they've vanilla is pretty good too)

Try ON 100% Chocolate Whey

It tastes great, works great, and is pretty cheap!

IMO, if u cant handle such a basic bodybuilding supp, like protein powder, then there is no way you could ever handle BBing period, re think what you are doing

I didnt say I wasnt willing to continue taking powder, I was simply wondering if pills were a viable option.

I'll just try a new brand/flavor.

Well... there's "Amino 1000" bull**** products which is basically whey (or a useless [re: BV of 0%] protein like gelatin/collagen) punched into tablets of which you'd have to take an insane to amount to equate to one scoop of whey. Very dumb idea.

protein pills support amino acids.. not so much protein in grams

amino acids are good and all, but you need calories and better delivery

get a better brand.... muscle milk will knock your socks off ... any flavor is xcellent
