DAA can be taken on its own. you dont really need an anti estrogen. it wont bring your levels higher than normal so wont aromatase. but since your taking erase for some reason. may as well take DAA if you got the money.

Can't you just do a straight up low-as-fuk sugar carb intake diet? Like lets say you only get your sugar from 1 or 2 pieces of fruit everyday and all the other carbs come from oats, rice, wheat bread, tortillas and such... would that benefit in the long run?
Because I'm thinking of doing that...

That is how I do it personally, just because I don't trust myself after eating too much sugary carbs... them cravings tend to get me. So I keep my sugar intake fairly low while cutting. Most carbs come from Oats and sweet potatoes.

got leg power day today.woke up & my protein came already. that was damn fast. i ordered the 2kg split & got 1kg vanilla and 1kg chocolate. also got a satchel of creatine. no longer natty lol
going back to 1 scoop of whey a day. makes life so much easier. don't have to force down tuna & cottage cheese & plain gy. & i can finally try the jeff alberts cake one of these days.

have no idea how much longer i have to cut i am just going by the mirror rather than a number but still using the scales for progress.

Diet has been spot on again lately, I'm definitely getting leaner. Feeling flat from low carbs but still feelin good. Benched 315 for 5 close grip while on 80g of carbs lol feltgoodman.jpg.

Also hit the gym today with two miscers and fellow competitors (don't know their usernames). Both are wicked cool, lol that guy beat me at one of my last competitions (i got 2nd he got 1st). Dude is the phuckin man though.

Nice man looking big still despite you claiming you're feeling flat. I went sub 100 carbs yesterday with a carb depleting workout and I feel flat as hell. Dropped some serious water weight over night though.

Interdasting...so true. I noticed whenever I eat sugar - my appetite goes crazy. Whats the recommended daily sugar intake for a male? I think I'm going to stick to having sugar only in my proats from now on..anything else...like a snack filled with sugar - fuks me up

Yeah I feel yah on the ravenous hunger after carb heavy snacks but it's important to remember you should not cut the carbs out all together. A low carb diet is going to really piss off your thyroid and its going to make cutting down miserable and much harder. Everything in moderation, always keep that in mind. Like I said above tho, I find carbs impact my appetite a lot less if I eat most of them right after I lift. On days you don't lift reserve them for later in the day or alongside high protein meals to combat dat der appetite

I agree don't do low carb unless you really have to. The only advantage to it imo is that counting macros and such is pretty unnecessary cause its hard as **** to eat over maintenance on low carb.

Yo, this happened to me a few years ago. Greek yogurt is low in lactose so you can probably still eat it (personally it doesn't even bother me), if you get ON whey they add lactase enzyme for you so you can take as much as you want.
I know people who supplement lactase daily and it still works for them. For me it's been like two years so I'm just used to avoiding it, you'll get used to it too if you choose the avoidance route.

How do you guys feel about drinking milk on a cut? Last couple of days I've been making a nice sized shake consisting of two scoops protein powder, about 2 cups fat free organic milk, and 2 tsps of natty peanut butter. I realize this is like a 600 calorie shake but I really enjoy it and fit it in with my macros. Any downside to taking this right before bed? Is milk typically frowned upon?

As long as it fits your macros, I see no issue with it. I drink anywhere from 1-5 cups of milk per day.

depending on the drinks you could be talking anywhere between 5 and 15 oz of vodka

384 at best(unlikely, cant see anyone putting only a single oz per drink) - 960 cal at worst if you put 3 oz of vodka per drink
