Seriously, more information is needed to make a good answer. Or just look up the tables that tell you what "elite" is. It's not based on Wilks.

But to give you an idea, 400 raw will get you into the Arnold, but you're going to need to come closer to 500 to win it.

Definitely not elite. My last 2 meets I was around 420 for my wilks and that was good for 4th place the 198+ division... in a local meet. 450+ is definitely good

I would consider 500pt raw wilks elite and a 550 raw wilks is just pretty damn amazing.

Short answer: don't worry about it. You could enter a local comp and depending on who shows up, take first place and best lifter or get stomped and come in dead last. Wilkes can be fun to see your progress at different weights or compare yourself to other lifters but there's really no point in worrying about it unless it is what they end up using to call a draw.

To actually answer your question i think most of my meets I was somewhere in the 350-400 range and I ranked anywhere from 2nd-5th in local or collegiate meets. There's always a freak in a weightclass though that might be dead tied with you in two lifts but have 200 lbs on you on the third. Unless you are trying to be the national champ or going fro records just do what you train yourself to do then do better next time.

If you did your first meet and had a rough day or didn't get what you thought you could, no one is going to laugh or anything, you'll be respected when they see you come back to the next meet with a clear game plan and better training to back it up.

    350 - respectable
    400 - good
    450 - very good
    500 - elite
    550 - belyaev
