Weird bro your easily around 12 bf, but I remember during my first cut I was around maybe 15.5 bf and I had more defined Abs than you; all dat genetics. Should keep on cutting till them lower Abs show, you look juicy in your avi though

It is dont listen to him. He's trying to point that carbs hat are used instead of fat first but if you burn 2300 calories a day for whatever and only get 1800 in then that means you will burn all the carbs and other sources of cals and then burn fat to provide energy that you use/require.

I'd say keeping going till march 1st. I bulked all last year and started cutting in november and ended it on monday. I'd say i'm around 11% but since I have a tad excess skin from my weight loss a few years ago it's hard to tell even though I can see my 6 pack holding the skin down. also I didn't want to go lower than 155lbs .wish you luck!
