    Been eating 1800 cals and haven't seen much change in stomach. Arms have different veins while lifting that are visible.. Keep it at 1800 or lower them?

    Weird bro your easily around 12 bf, but I remember during my first cut I was around maybe 15.5 bf and I had more defined Abs than you; all dat genetics. Should keep on cutting till them lower Abs show, you look juicy in your avi though

    Thanks, yeah I look decent during my pump but a straight on view is awful of my body. I didn't work my abs out much while bulking but I can feel them all under my fat 100%.

    I'd say keeping going till march 1st. I bulked all last year and started cutting in november and ended it on monday. I'd say i'm around 11% but since I have a tad excess skin from my weight loss a few years ago it's hard to tell even though I can see my 6 pack holding the skin down. also I didn't want to go lower than 155lbs .wish you luck!

    Wow bro.. I'm similar, idk if mines fat or not.. Used to be 210 back 2 years ago, hopefully it isn't excess skin, when I feel it, it has that fat cell feeling like something is in the skin or whatever it is .

    Only reason why I keep Denying it is because 7 months ago while cutting my whole stomach felt like that... I lost It on top and on the bottom is much less and tightening up, my lower ones are coming in very slightly.. :/
