    Order to workout muscle groups?

On a day like chest/tris, should I do all of my primary chest exercises before moving onto tris, should I switch back and forth, or should I just do the heaviest/biggest lifts first?

when I used to do a split, I would do all of one muscle group first, then move on to the second. In my opinion, I don't want to let one muscle group rest for 10-15 minutes before I go at it again. I'm sure there are different theories on this though.

A general rule is to do all the work for the larger muscle group first, then move on to the smaller muscle. The exception to this would be if you were prioritizing the smaller muscle, to correct an imbalance.

This puts the hammer to the nail, go with it.

That's what I did the other day with back/bis, and I was dead tired by the time I was done with back.

However, today I did tris after my chest, and it felt INCREDIBLE.

\shrugs. I guess I had an off day last time for back/bis.

Rep'd you all, even though I've only got 1 rep power.
