Well, how would they feel if a girl wanted to go into the men's room and pee into a urinal?
Probably wouldn't want that, so I agree with Ven.There is no spoon.

The school is willing to give him access to the faculty & nurse's washroom (which are "gender neutral") as a compromise, I think they are being pretty reasonable & making the best of a poor situation.
Seems like the parents are the unreasonable ones here & just making an even bigger show out of the child's life.

So what if later in life "he" decides to undergo a gender change. The day before surgery "he" should use mens restrooms, and the day after "she" should use the womens? The mental state has not changed what so ever. Maybe being forced to use the mens washroom now would make "him" feel uncomfortable because that's not how they identify themselves.~Barefoot Crew~

I feel so bad for people - especially kids in their situation I wouldn't know what to suggest.
I have a friend who is off doing this treatment, she is for all intents and purposes a man. The hormone treatment and surgery will help, maybe, who's to say really?www.xccellence.com

When I was a kid, when I was a little boy, I always wanted to be a dinosaur, I wanted to be a Tyrannosaurus Rex more than anything in the world, I made my arms short and I roamed the back yard, I chased the neighborhood cats, I growled and I roared, everybody knew me and was afraid of me, and one day my dad said "Bobby you are 17, it's time to throw childish things aside" and I said "OK Pop", but he didn't really say that he said that "Stop being a fukcing dinosaur and get a job".

Absolutely not. Not saying this child doesn't have gender issues but it's not like this child is having to go through anything traumatic by using the boys' restroom(I could be wrong). It's not like this child is having to urinate out in a field while other kids can use the restroom. Adequate facilities are provided. I don't see any discrimination here.

No, but I'd be perfectly fine if a girl with a penis used the female restroom.
As long as this little girl acts the same as most little girls do in the restroom, I don't understand how it's a problem.
Have any of you even been in a woman's restroom? I wouldn't know if the person in the stall next to me had 3 tentacles and an extra arm in their pants let alone a penis.
