Doubling the reps. feelsgoodman
The crust was actually walmart brand; the one where you just add water lol.
IMO BSC tart > cinnamon roll. I did not dig the cr for some reason.
Lol. That was actually the only "good" food I have made over the past couple weeks. I've been quite lazy myself when it comes to cooking.
I'm going to make 3 plates my beotch!!

Haha, I wish. Four hamstring pulls since February (around 25 weeks of no legs in total) isn't conducive to leg gains! But 5/3/1 should help me regain my squats and deads now that my most recent hammy pull is around 90%. Definitely looking forward to following along with you.

Things are looking great in here man! Food looks awsesome as always and training seems to be on point. I am running a mix of PHAT and 5/3/1 progression on the main lifts and loving it so far.

INTRO
Ok guize, so yesterday did not go according to plan. I was dehydrated + not enough carbs in me (I usually carb backload because I lift in the am and had >50g. before bed on Monday) so needless to say, my workout sucked balls. I actually blacked out on my last set 5+ DL for 5/3/1. I had a little bit of "who turned out the lights?" going on after my 3rd set, which was not heavy weight at all. I shrugged it off thinking it was nothing. Anyways, I couldn't drive to work yesterday and today I feel in a funk and when I get up or turn my head in any direction quickly I start seeing stars. I had to reschedule my clients for black Friday, which is a total bummer, but gotta do what you gotta do! Here's my spectacular workout from yesterday:
11-20-12 - 5/3/1 Week 1, day 2 DL
deads
150x5
185x5
225x3
240x5 - felt a bit dizzy
280x5
315x9 - set weight down, went to knees, blacked out for a second.
misc.
So, I definitely could have pulled about 12 on that 315 set had I been feeling normal. I went to my knees and everything got really dark. I then remember opening my eyes in the fetle position with my HR at like 1000 lol. I couldn't seem to catch my breath for the longest time, too. Feltbadman. So, I won't be lifting today or tomorrow. I hope I'm back to normal by Friday.

I am feeling a bit better now that I've done nothing but watch netflix, play video games, and read the past two days . Watched like 10 episodes of Thrones. Almost as good as the books!

All Jokes aside though it is never fun to black out. I have done it o nseveral occasions, and also have ended up with busted eye vessels after a few squats and deadlifts. I am not sure why you feel like crud today, but I am glad to hear you are feeling better already even though I doubt it's from the blacking out. Who knwos though!!Team Norton

I hope I don't disappoint anyone, but I didn't take any pics of my plates. Sitting at table with gf's fam and my fam + taking a picture of my plate = awkward situation .
I did, however, take pics of the food at my place while it was coming out of the oven, being set on the table etc. I assure you, I ate my weight in stuffing, pumpkin pie, and cheesecake lol.
Indeed! I hit 180 on the nose this morning. dat dere bloat!

Yeah, I'm riding it out. I felt fine during my workout today, granted it was just military press day... I did get a bit nauseous at work tonight, but not sure that is has anything to do with my issue.

135x8 OHP is pretty good. Glad to see you're still eating good food. Sometimes updating your log can get tedious and you just need to focus on other things in life. No worries.

Damn, I was loving the idea of following your daily progress with 5/3/1 as I ran it as well. I think we can all relate to a desire to step away from the forums for a while though, at least in terms of overall activity.
How big is that chocolate PB protein cake? It's tough to gauge with the plate. I think I'm going to start messing around with a protein cake recipe myself. I finally "perfected" a healthy pumpkin bread recipe (whole wheat flour, olive oil instead of white flour and butter, among other changes). That PB cake picture is next on my list."Making my own luck" towards a 1000 pound total:

Thanks, man. I'm not eating as much good food as usual. I've been limiting my time in the kitchen and on the forums. I feel I need the break lol.
Lol.
I used TJ's ww dough. It worked perfectly!
Thanks, holmes.
Lol. I appreciate it, dude.
I'll definitely still be updating, just not as frequently
I typically use about 80g. flour and 50g. protein powder. It always turns out amazing! adding a bit of sf pudding mix, egg whites and a touch of ffgy is the secret.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
