I didnt' think my volume was that big. I do back squats, leg press, seated curls and leg extensions. Then stretch for like 30 min. But maybe trying to do it 3X per week is too much for me cause I don't take rest days unless I have to. So I do admit I was feeling real tired last night and this morning. Felt like I didn't want to move last night while watching TV and didn't want to wake up this morning.
I was trying to do one 'regular' big workout, and then next one would be lighter weights but higher reps, and if I could get a third day in, I'd go 3x3 heavy. I think I could deal with the sore tendons cause they weren't bothering that much, but that bruise on my shoulderblade from doing low bar squats was hurting. I couldn't do low bar today cause of that, and had to do high bar.
Yeah. I actually have to take a caffeine pill before I head out since I started trying to get to the gym earlier, else I don't feel like I'm really pushing hard. The days I forgot to take one, I feel too relaxed and people see me slapping myself in the face to wake up before I do a set. LOLMy vids

Yeah good call for instinctive training brah especially if you just trying to get shredded for the summer. Sounds like you already know what you need to do man
It sure does. I'm on week 22+ now of my current cut. 3rd week with the cut coach.
IMO, micro strength gains during a cut is great, it's still progress. Try and make huge strength gains during your bulk. Or at least in our case after the 7%, when we lean bulk
My strength goals for this cut is at least maintain but shoot for progressive overload with 5% increases as I hit certain weight/rep range.
This is my training though so others may see different. But it's working for me.CONQUERING BARBELL

I own you on sucking at squats! LOL
My highest weight set on ATG is only 225 still. I can only do 3x5 at that weight and that last set is a struggle. Then I lower weight for a couple more sets.
But yeah, doing this while cutting is making it hard. I feel like I'm plateaued on it and I'm not really seeing beginner gains anymore.My vids

I used to love balut too. I can eat like 4 at a time when I was a kid, but this is no longer the case. I can still handle the yolk tho just not the bird itself.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

I need to get some carbs for lunch for tonight's heavy squat session but I'm still full from IHOP
I can handle probably 3-4 balut now but that's about it. It's better with beer anyway, so that 3-4 may last an hour between the booze and talking smack with friends and family

week 3 just started, back workout last night was insane even on a empty stomach and 9lbs lost, im looking to gain it back n on top of adding another solid 2-5 lbs by the end of this week and start making my workout video piece by piece and have someone put it together some how.
