When looking into moving to Durango I found a couple trails I wanted to try, Black Bear Pass and...I already forgot the name of the other one.

There are much bigger concerns than brush. Namely, crushing your running boards/pinch welds on boulders, rock rash and trail dings down your rocker panels, busting up your bumpers, tearing off your exhaust, or smashing up your transfer case.

If you can't afford to bang it up, don't take it out. At least not on proper trails. There are some trails you can run stock where you can get the tires muddy and splash around a bit, but the hill climbs and rockbeds are pretty unforgiving, so if you want it to stay pretty, stay away from 'em.

If you're really serious about coming out here, check out Trail Damage. It'll list all the trails in the state, as well as provide info on what each trail is near, how to get there, how difficult it is, what other activities are available there, and has pics submitted by users.

Like I said, I just Googled it and it said that was one of the concerns.

I took my brand new Oldsmobile Alero coupe out on a muddy, potholed dirt road when I first got it until even the engine was covered in mud, so I'm okay with scratches.

I can understand some super bowls are hit and miss. I know the last time the ravens played in the Super Bowl I could care less and went surfing instead of watching the game. This time sadly ill be at work checking my phone for updates.

I dropped $1700 when I blew my front diff mudding back in '08. $400 when I shredded my front shaft last year. It can be as cheap as a $30 clutch fan for the radiator, or you can seize the motor.
