Today was chest day. Got pretty close to a PR on dumbbell incline press, which was great!
Dumbbell Incline Press: 75x12, 80x9, 85x7, 90x4
Dumbbell Incline Flys: 45x12, 50x10, 55x8, 65x6
Barbell Bench Press: 135x12, 185x6, 185x5, 155x8, 135x10
Finished off with Pec Dec, light decline bench, some Hammer Strength machines, Smith machine incline press, and bodyweight dips. Overall, a very good workout for me, especially considering the amount of stress I have with all these got damn projects for school!
PostWO, washed a couple DCP's and a Slin Sane down with some Protocol, and had a nice carb heavy lunch.
A few notes:
-DCP is still doing a great job of making me sweat like a pig, and I think I am looking a tad bit leaner
-Protocol makes me lift harder. In my mind, I tend to judge my workouts by how sore I am the day after. Protocol is reducing my DOMS, which is pissing me off mentally, and making me push myself harder in order to feel more sore. I am living in a mental PRISON!!!!
-Starting to notice the first effects of Bioforge. The last couple of nights, I have noticed that I am sleeping much deeper and I feel much more rested in the morning. Also, my appetite is almost back to where it usually is (DCP and BF are fighting a war!)
Tomorrow will be back and traps.

It's funny because I try my best to be unbiased towards products when first trying them, so I do my best to deny effectiveness until I'm sure it is working. So my excuse so far is that I am not working out hard enough
I can't say I feel a change in body temp per se, but I have been sweating a lot more when exercising. I'm a pretty sweaty guy to begin with (not fun ) but I have noticed that I am soaking through shirts during workouts, when I used to just be kind of sweaty haha
And I agree with the BF, those are the best weeks without a doubt!!! The good sleep is just a teaser for what's to come
True that! And I'm looking to start a small bulk after I finish DCP. The DCP is the primer; just prepping me for the BF gainz! haha

Back and Traps this afternoon:
Neutral Grip Pulldowns: 165x12, 180x10, 210x8, 240x5
Dumbbell Shrugs: 85x16, 100x16, 110x12, 115x10
Barbell Bentover Row (T-Bar style): 70x20, 105x15, 140x10, 175x6
Cable Straight Bar Pushdowns: 140x15, 150x12, 150x12, 160x10
Barbell Upright Rows: 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 90x8, 80x10
Lat Pull-down: 135x12, 150x10, 165x8,
Decline Seated Rows: 150x12, 165x10, 180x10, 120x16
Romanian Deadlifts: 135x12, 185x10, 185x8, 225x6
Pretty solid workout for me today. Lifted pretty heavy on the pulldowns, but I noticed that the twinge in my neck was still present, so I didn't really push myself that hard on traps. Hoping that I didn't pinch a nerve or something
Sweating again like a mofo, which felt good!
Off to play some basketball now, core workout tomorrow!

That was my plan, mainly because the last couple of months before this stack I wasn't training that hard and wasn't keeping my diet in check that well. I wanted to try and shed the past couple months off before starting a small, slow weight gain, so we'll see how that works
Off to do a core workout and an hour or two of basketball, 2 weeks in progress pics up tomorrow!

A post I read a while back converted doses used in rodents to human equivalent doses and the results varied.
Dose varied:
~2g-Effective at a variety of thing
~4g-More Effective
~12g-Pro-oxidant, counter productive
Assuming I'm decently bigger than the average person I assume 5-6g will be beneficial for me. I went really hard on my deficit for 2 weeks and likely caused some atrophy(still stronger, PRed on DLs the other day) but the fat loss was stupid considering the whole combo. My obliques are cut out of my love handles for the first time ever, feelsgoodman.NSCA CSCS

I get up to 6g on days I tutor, that is somewhat mentally taxing some days and I enjoy a boost from ALCAR before hand.
I'm not claiming a higher dose did a lot more for, I just suggested the dose I used was impressive. I could have received similar benefits at a lower dose but it was hitting fat loss from another angle, compared to EC&AB. http://jn.nutrition.org/content/132/4/636.shortNSCA CSCS

Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA the last couple of days. I've been swamped with school work, and I haven't really been able to lift hard due to my f**ked up finger. It's feeling better, so I should be good to go by Monday hopefully. The last few days have just been lifting what I could, that didn't require grip haha. Anyways, here are my 2 week in progress pics that were taken on Thursday 4/26:
Pics will be taken upon waking, on an empty stomach, after my morning piss
4/26, flexed

Today was my first day going somewhat heavy again after popping my finger. Was able to grip okay, but it was difficult to push heavy due to the small nagging pain in my finger, which hurt my grip.
Dumbbell Incline Press: 75x10, 80x9, 85x7, 85x6, 75x6, 65x6, 55x10
Dumbbell Incline Flys: 45x12, 55x10, 60x7, 65x6, 35x8
Barbell Bench Press: 135x12, 185x6, 185x5, 155x8, 135x10
After I did Pec Dec,Hammer Strength machines, Smith machine incline press, push ups and bodyweight dips. Overall, decent workout with the hurt finger, felt good to be back hitting the weights!
PostWO, washed a couple DCP's and a Slin Sane down with some Protocol, and had a big ol' lunch of bbq chicken and brown rice.

Was finally able to check out the SLINTropin profile......
Like: -Gymnema
-Digestive complex (Digezyme)
-BioPerine
Indifferent: -Cinnamon
Dislike: Berberine HCL
I have trouble with berberine. I am unable to use Glycobol, as it gives me unreal GI issues, and I think this was due to the berberine. Minus that, it looks like a really great product!

Had a CRAZY long workout today, something I noticed on my first run with BFv3.......played an hour and fifteen minutes of basketball, and then lifted for about an hour and a half!!! Bold lifts are PR's!
Back and Traps this afternoon:
Lat Pulldowns: 165x12, 195x12, 210x10, 240x8
Dumbbell Shrugs: 85x16, 105x15, 115x12, 120x10
Dumbbell Rows: 75x12, 90x10, 100x8, 100x6
Neutral Grip Weighted Pullups: 25x8, 35x6, 25x8
Cable Straight Bar Pushdowns: 140x15, 150x12, 150x12, 160x10
Barbell Bentover Row (T-Bar style): 70x20, 105x15, 105x12
Barbell Upright Rows: 80x12, 90x10, 100x8, 90x8, 80x10
Decline Seated Rows: 150x12, 165x10, 165x10, 120x20
Romanian Deadlifts superset w/ Barbell Shrug: 155x10x15, 3 times
Once again, starting to get that great endurance and drive from the BioForge, and DOMS have been reduced somewhat more than normal (Protocol baby!)
My mood and sense of well being is also up as well. I am pretty stressed with school right now, but I feel like I have it under control. Been sleeping like a baby too
