    do I have 8 pack abs potential?

    ok, I'm small and weak and I'm working on improving that. so please no hate
    does it look like I have the genetics for 8 pack abs? ( i never work them out, although I probably should)


    people on this site said I look like im about 12% bf.
    (I am flexing abs, and I am pulling down skin with my thumbs to better show abs).

    at 156 lbs 6'1 im pretty sure ur around 10% bodyfat already even from looking at the pics...

    if u want abs do low reps and bulk up... abs are made at the gym. idc what people say they are not made in the kitchen. they are only made visible in the kitchen. if u don't hit ur abs hard in the gym u will be flat. op bulk up to around 185 -200 lbs then cut, then bulk up again. its really hard to tell from those pics if u have genetics for 8 pack

    It's hard to tell really, your best off putting on some solid mass before you worry about abs. Alot of people don't directly train abs but rely on, for example, deadlifts and squats to build their abs up.

    Don't be worrying about how your abs are going to look one day. Right now you should be focused on adding mass. When the time to cut comes, alter your focus towards that.

    I agree it's hard to estimate 8-pack potential. You have low bf right now, and your abs aren't real defined, so you ought to work out your abs to increase their size. They are a muscle group, and require working out to become ripped. And of course fat loss later to make them highly visible - but that's later.

    you need to develop your abs more and get leaner to find out. do weighed ab exercises

    but you shouldnt worry about abs, just keep training and focus on adding mass.

    obviously im not 100% sure but I don't think you have eight pack abs potential. that lowest 'row' i doubt will be a full fledged row of abs. it is had to tell without developing them more and lowering your bodyfat.

    Just keep putting on size then when you have a decent amount of muscle, diet down to sub 8% bodyfat and you'll be lookin good. Even if you don't have an 8 pack, that's purely genetic so just do what you can with what you got.
