I know it should be 30-40 per meal, but if in 100 grams peanuts there are 24 grams protein and the biological value is 55% that means 13.2 grams protein, and for yogurt is 80-90 so from 9 grams per cup that is 8 grams, and both have 24+9=33, but with biological value counted its 13.2+8=21.2
so 30-40 grams mean the all proteins or the biological value of the protein should be 30-40 grams protein?
