Hi bro, amazing work my buddy freind, you are another fantastic example from a skinny to masser. I love how everything has grown and you look very thick, the shoulders, chest, tris have all got major improvements. How is the rest of you looking? I hope the legs are powerful as the upper body, I don't know much about Football, but I do believe having good strengthened legs which should assist very well in this sport.
I would also say keep massing up, I don't see the need for you to cut back on BF, its not very high, just maybe slightly add small amounts of cardio during the week and keep training hard. Well done and good luck on the rest of your goals, have a good game as always.

I don't see a big difference, but then again its only 4 months. But I do think the change could have been reasonably slightly better. This is actually the criticism I am giving you, what is your diet like? Training routine, sleep routine?
I can bet its the diet, it always is when it comes to Ecto's. Do remember 6-7 meals a day, each meal high protein, good sources of low GI carbs, and small amount of good fats. I wouldn't even worry about BF right now, just eat freakin massive, seriously this is what it all comes down too eating big! your body cannot function properly if it is not provided with the right amount of food. Try eating around a solid 4000 calories, sounds alot doesn't it? Well it personally isn't, once you start eating foods spreading them in to each meals you should meet that criteria. Eat foods like Tuna, Chicken, Oats (carbs), Beef, Cheeses, Milk, Eggs, Turkey, Brown Rice (carbs), Sweet Potatoes (carbs) and etc.
But I do think your on the right track, keep the basics in mind and stick to them.I seem to receive alot of P.M's on nutrition advice, training & among other general subjects, please give me time to reply, I don't mind answering your questions, thanks! Ladies and Gents.

Nice gains man, I can most definitely see a difference. Your arms have grown, chest is slowly coming along well. Keep it up, the tan is good to have too, it shows off the definition well. Hope your legs are catching up aswell as the upper body, just keep going harder, keep eating massive and getting big, you are on the right track.

Nice gains bro, you have gone alot more thicker and bigger, good job. How are the legs, hope they are proportioned to the upper body, my advice would be try leaning out a little, you seem to hold quite bit of fat which is ruining the chances of showing definition. Maybe if you leaned down for a month or so then you can see where you stand, you really do have alot of muscle to back yourself up while you cut. But another option for you can be is just cleaning up your diet, are you adding cardio? Please do add cardio 2-3times a week, look in to HIIT (high intensity internal training) and watching what you eat. You can actually gain reasonable clean gains if kept this way. I wish you none but good luck my freind, keep going the journey keeps going.

What can I say, just amazing work! You have filled out like crazy, not only big, but lean, strong and fantastic conditioning. You looking to compete, If that is any interest to you, you could dominate and place decent. I don't know what your goals are, but whatever you decided to do whether getting bigger, or more leaner, competing, or maybe just maintaining. Whatever the case, all the best.
Edit: just noticed in your sig you do a little competioning.Last edited by Abyss; 03-23-2007 at 03:48 PM.

Kudos man, that looks like a well successful mass phase to me. Chest has gone wider and huger, still got the abs. but I have to say bring the legs up a bit more, your upper body is amazing, just hit those legs with some heavy ass ATG squats and get them growing, they are still looking good though, just need that extra hit.
But for 17, I am impressed, keep it up young lad.Last edited by Abyss; 03-23-2007 at 03:53 PM.
