Uhm, I don't think that cardiovascular and fatburning really kick in within 45 seconds; so yeah I don't think this plan would work for me so well. Maybe I could rent a family sized model and get a few ten minute sessions in, prolly be cheaper.Originally Posted by kelt_22

I'd buy 100 cycling or rowing machines, hire some one who can get convert all that "cardio power" into electricity and and sell it in distant Asian village, labour it's cheap here in Asia but not sure if anyone can cycle or row 8 hours/day without consuming 8k-10K calories a day...Would be an intersting idea

I purchased 500 sq' of those at Lowes/Home Depot (the 3x3' shop / garage style with drainage holes) when I started setting up my gym a year and a half ago and they still retain an odor, although it's not nearly as bad as at first when the air conditioning wafted it all through the house.Originally Posted by MrHolman
