Body Fortress Whey Protein - does it have enough carbs?

I just recently started working out and my main goal is to lose body fat (especially the belly fat) and gain muscle. I was reading a lot about post-workout meals and I read that it's really important to consume a shake with a 2:1 mixture of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and high concentration proteins. Apparently, carbs are essential to restore the depleted muscle glycogen during work out, causing an insulin spike and allowing the proteins to digest faster.

I went to Wal-Mart and saw the Body Fortress Whey Protein and I was wondering if that's a good post-workout recovery drink or not? (good blend of carbs and protein?)

Is it a good supplement to use post-workout? Does it have enough carbs? If not, what should I take along with it that I can find at home? What other supplements have a good combo of both carbs and proteins?

The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.

You can either get some oats or something to replace that, or you could just skip that and funnel the protein powder in through your urethra. When you do that, the enzymes found only in your urethra transport the proteins straight to your muscles, resulting in the most fast acting and muscle building PWO shake you could ever take. Try to find a liquidy protein powder, you want it to go up your urethra with ease. You usually use the powder for other supplements, but protein powder is hard to funnel in.

    ^This.

Make sure fat content is not over 35.0% of total macros or it could cause the uretha to go into Preeclampsia rigamortis. Can cause painful manual ejaculations.

    Walmart brand is usually ok.

Good call. Make sure you drink a lot of water and urinate regularly, some of the metals found in the proteins will sediment in your urethra and cause you trouble down the road. Shouldn't be a problem, but I know guys who go a day without drinking water thus don't pee regularly and do this method, and they've gotten UTIs and crap. Shouldn't be an issue, just drink regularly.
